Shirley Anne Skarr passed away at Cedar Lake Community in West Bend on January 26, 2021 at the age of 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Harry R. Skarr. Dear mother of Bruce (Connie) Skarr and Susan (Gary) Chapman. Grandmother of Geoff (Maria) Skarr, Brian (Angie) Chapman, Erik (Laura) Chapman and Heidi (fiancé Nowell) Skarr. Great-grandmother of Jacob, Alyssa, Sebastian and Jessie Skarr and  Josiah, Thomas, Ellianna, Samuel and Hannah Chapman and Marissa and Isabelle Skarr. Mother-in-law of Cathy (Bill) Skarr-Gimbel. Also survived by other relatives and many friends. She will be missed by her lifelong friend Janette as well as  her friends from Christ the King Lutheran Church in Brookfield where she was a lifetime member. Shirley loved gardening and traveling, especially to Spain and Austria and after retiring, to Australia and New Zealand. Her father John Koopmann was a master baker and Shirley loved her sweets.

Visitation will begin at 10am on Tuesday, February 2nd., followed by Services at 11am all at the RAASCH RAETZ FUNERAL HOME, 7709 W. Burleigh Street, Milwaukee.Entombment at Wisconsin Memorial Park will be private. Memorials to her Church, St. Jude's, the Diabetes Association or the charity of your choice appreciated.
